Our hotel has its own wonderful boutique-restaurant, La Pecora Nera, where you can taste some absolutely delicious Tuscan dishes. How about an unexpected entrée followed by an exquisite meal topped up with a fabulous warm almond crunchy? Our dishes are always a pleasant surprise and give you an idea of how we like to treat our guests and work for them; we do in fact follow a rather contemporary trend but with the warmth of a traditional family-run business.
Our chef, Angelo Casalaspro, is able to create dishes that go by the same fil rouge as our family management. He blends Tuscan tradition with a pinch of originality.
Porcini mushrooms, truffles and fresh fish are all served along with great classics like ossobuco and our traditional fiorentina steak. We also have a collection of 120 excellent wines. Our dining room is a mix of modernity and tradition, blending cream and dove-grey with antique furniture that all give the hotel its wonderful liberty atmosphere.

Our chef was selected to take part in the event “Dieci Chef al Museo” (ten chefs at the museum). The event took place at Museo Bardini in Florence and hosted the ten best chefs in Tuscany who prepared a gala dinner for all those who were invited. Watch the video
